ストライカー日本語ページ 口座開設の手順弊社ストライカーは、世界規模を誇るArcher Daniels Midland (ADM) の出資子会社であるADM Investor Services, Inc.をクリアリングハウス（清算機関）として利用し、お客様の資産・権利を保全しながら、取引売買の執行を確実にしております。ですから、弊社ストライカーにて取引を開始するためには、ADM との契約により、米国政府認定のもとに安全にお客様の資産が分離保管される口座の開設が必要です。 ステップ1口座開設書類をオンラインで入手していただくには、Acrobat Readerが必要です。もしまだ、コンピューターにインストールされていない場合は、ここでダウンロードしてください。 ステップ2以下の書類は、口座開設に必要なフォームです。各フォームをプリントアウトの上、必要事項をご記入ください。 ADM New Account Documentation このフォームは、ＡＤＭが、お客様の口座開設を承諾するため必要な申し込み書類です。個人情報、取引におけるリスクの開示への署名欄、また下記の書類が含まれます。
Trading Authorization - Standard Power of Attorney 弊社ストライカーがお客様の代わりに取引売買を決定し執行することを、お客様が承認していることをＡＤＭに証明する書類です。 Limited Power of Attorney この書類は、上記の書類に付随し、承認内容にある取引売買の決定範囲を更に狭めるために弊社が作成している書類です。弊社ストライカーがお客様の代わりに執行する取引売買の決定は、トレード・システムのシグナルもしくはお客様ご自身の戦略システムによるものに限ります。弊社のチームブローカーなどが個人的にお客様の売買を決定することはできない、という証明書類です。 ADM Non-Disclosure Agreement ADMは、お客様に対して、コンピューターアクセス、掲示板、Ｅメール、インターネット、ウェブサイトにおけるリサーチなどの情報、個々のアカウント情報などへのアクセス権などの「サービス」を無料で提供しますが、以下の条件を守るように、という書類です。条件には、このサービスを権利のない第３者に譲ることを禁止するものなどが含まれます。 以下の書類はオプショナルです。ご自身に該当するフォームをプリントアウトの上、必要事項をご記入ください。 ADM ON-Line Access Agreement 弊社の提供するオーダー発信ソフトを取り入れ、ご自身で電子取引（オンライントレーディング）を行なう場合の承認書類です。当面、必要ないお客様も、後々必要になる可能性が少しでもあれば、口座開設の際、記入していただいております。 Additional Account Request Letter 同様のアカウントを追加で開設したい場合の書類です。別々のシステムをトラックするのに利用されることがあります。 ステップ3すべての書類に必要事項をご記入およびご署名いただき、郵送いただきます。その際、身元証明として、パスポートもしくは国際運転免許証のコピーを必ずご同封ください。また、ご希望により、郵送の前にFaxでも、記入内容の確認もいたしますので、ご利用ください。（原本は必ず郵送くださいますようお願いいたします。）
Fax: 312-987-9088 ステップ4下記銀行に振込み入金をしていただくことにより、お客様の口座が開設されます。振込先銀行名、振込先銀行住所、ABA番号（海外からの振込みの際、必要な番号）、振込先口座名および詳細は、下記のとおりです。お客様の口座番号（Accout Number) は、書類を受領の際、弊社より、Eメールにてお知らせいたします。
